SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note it will take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for item to delivery If your item is a custom item submitted by our users. If your purchase is a officially licensed good, this will dispatch within a week.
Tracking will be provided for all transactions (USA and elsewhere). Insurance is provided only for usa buyers.
I Hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied please email us in the contact section and we will provide a return stub for you. (however, please read exceptions marked with *)
- Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to exchange/return your item(s)!
- Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.
- Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your receipt.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges/returns.
- You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. I am not not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be reversed to you.
* If item was purchased was a custom done (cosplay outfits) this item is not returnable due to custom nature of the item. Custom apparel (tshirts, hoodies eg) , can be returned for a different size, design or full refund.
