Returns / Exchanges

Please note it will take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for item to delivery. Checkout will usually show the timeframe. However if item is an amazon affiliate product, it will be based on their shipping (either prime or time shipping displayed on their listing)

Tracking will be provided for all transactions (USA and elsewhere). Insurance is provided only for USA buyers.

Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to exchange/return your item(s)!
Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.
If item is a amazon affiliate purchase through amazon, you can do your routine return/exhange through them.
Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your receipt.
Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges/returns.
You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be reversed to you.

* If item was purchased was a cosplay outfits) this item is not returnable due to custom nature of the item and can only be exchanged for a different size or design. However if there is a specific reason you have in mind in returning the item and we approve the return, there is still 15% restocking fee due to custom nature of the item.
For clothing items, If item size ordered was correct and doesn’t fit you, buyer is responsible to send back the item. If item is defected or sent the wrong size, we will send the return label.
Same goes for custom apparel (tshirts, hoodies eg) , can be returned for a different size or design only. (If you decide to exchange for a different design or size, a address will be provided for you to send to the right warehouse.
